Building A History

Two brothers with talent, skills, and a dream; to start a company with a hands-on philosophy, and strong corporate and family values. Three decades later, they’ve still got it. Dedicated to their industry, Prycon has been pro-active members of the Simcoe County Home Builders’ Association since 1997. Matthew served on the Executive Board for over 20 years, including two consecutive years as President, before continuing to participate on various local and provincial committees dedicated to positively impacting the building industry. With a strong commitment to corporate social responsibility, Prycon reaches beyond the industry to care about the world we live in. From volunteering time and expertise to materials and donations, we’re proud to offer our support to local, provincial, national, and international organizations. Together, Stephen and Matthew have built an award-winning, referral-based company dedicated to the highest standards of custom craftsmanship, environmental consciousness, and outstanding customer service.

Stephen Pryce

With a Bachelor’s Degree from York University, Stephen specializes in business management, with a keen eye and attention to detail. He works hard overseeing day-to-day operations, finance, administration, service and warranty, and customer relations.

Matthew Pryce

Educated at Ryerson Poly-technical Institute and Georgian College. A licensed carpenter with an engineering background, he is the visionary, with a gift for interpreting clients’ dreams into distinct, well thought out creative designs and building solutions. He leads the clients through the sales and development process into production, building a long lasting relationship.
